Josephine Ho (she/her) is currently the Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at DECIEM, The Abnormal Beauty Company, where she leads the global approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion through defined goals and a measurable strategy across the business.

Josephine has over 15 years of experience in human resources and diversity, equity & inclusion. She started her career as a HR generalist in the non-profit developmental services and healthcare sectors before joining KPMG International in their global diversity office. Thereafter, she joined The Home Depot and led the talent management, organizational effectiveness, and diversity, equity & inclusion functions for their Canadian business.

Josephine holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Behaviour from the University of Toronto and the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in Canada. Highlights from Josephine’s community involvement include Toronto Symphony Orchestra, where she was a founding member of the Impresarios Club, Board Chair for Springtide Resources, Board Vice-Chair for Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter and a member of the Province of Ontario’s Accessibility Standards Advisory Council.
