Matthew brings over 15 years of experience across marketing, strategy, and finance, with a proven track record of delivering growth and innovation. Known for his data-driven approach and ability to translate complex strategies into actionable results, Matthew has consistently driven measurable impact, including improving ROI, enhancing retail partnerships, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams. Matthew graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Business degree and the University of Waterloo with a Mathematics degree. Outside of work, he is a ‘girl dad’ with a passion for rock music.
