He holds an MBA from University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering from India.

Ricardo has spent his professional career integrating AI and other transformative emerging technologies into established businesses and markets. His methodology treats human-centered design and cultural transformation as core pillars of any technological shift, ensuring that successful adoption addresses change management with the same rigour as technical implementation. This perspective is grounded in a PhD in Behavioral Neuroscience, providing a deep understanding of how people think, decide, and behave within new technological paradigms. 

His experience in driving innovation includes serving as a leader in innovation and emerging technology at Canadian Tire Corporation. In that role, he focused on integrating transformative technology into large-scale retail environments while balancing operational realities with long-term business goals.
