With over 14 years of dynamic experience in the supply chain industry, Craig Bell Estabrooks has garnered a reputation for excellence. Since taking the helm as President & CEO of Port Saint John in 2021, Craig’s laser focus on delivering prosperity for the community, region, and province has generated record-breaking cargo volumes, revenue growth, and transformative infrastructure investments on the waterfront.  

Under Craig’s guidance, Port Saint John continues to cement its position as one of North America’s fastest-growing Ports thanks to an emphasis on enabling partner success, championing innovation, and creating a safe and efficient port of choice. 

Tabare has over twenty-five years of experience in senior roles across the liner shipping, ports, and logistics industries. He joined DP World in 2006 to lead commercial development at the Port of Tilbury in the United Kingdom. In 2008, he participated in DP World’s Global Organization Leadership Development (GOLD) program, gaining operational experience across key global locations including Dubai, Tarragona, Sydney, and Hong Kong. In 2009 he was appointed Head of Port Commercial for DP World London Gateway, one of the world’s most technologically advanced container ports and Europe’s largest logistics park.

In 2016, Tabare joined DP World Canada as Vice President, Commercial, with responsibility for all DP World ports and terminals across Canada, including Vancouver, Nanaimo, Fraser Surrey, Prince Rupert, and Saint John. He holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School in Belgium and a Master’s degree in Container Terminal Management from Middlesex University in England.

Jordan Kajfasz is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CPKC’s Intermodal business. In his role Jordan is responsible for driving sustainable growth through CPKC’s three-country single line network, coverage at multiple ports on the Pacific and Atlantic coasts, and its premium Domestic services in Canada, the USA and Mexico. Jordan joined CPKC in 2017 and was previously responsible for CPKC’s Domestic Intermodal, International Intermodal and Automotive lines of business. He is based in Toronto, Canada.

Jordan’s career has been focused on international shipping and supply chains. He previously worked at the Vancouver Port Authority and at Maersk Line with postings in Canada, the United States and West Africa.

Jordan holds a Master’s degree from the University of Denver’s Transportation Institute and Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Bruce Rodgers has been an active participant on the Board of Directors for CIFFA since 2009, and became Executive Director in October 2018. Bruce has several years of senior executive experience with several large transportation organizations, where he successfully bolstered revenue and maximized profitability by combining his high level of business acumen, strong leadership and a continued focus on results. Bruce is well-known for his high level of commitment to anything he becomes involved in, strategic approach, mastery in considering multiple perspectives and solving problems, and ability to connect and collaborate with others at all levels.

Bruce also believes in giving back to the communities he’s involved in, and for much of his career has served on the Board of Directors of various industry associations including the Toronto Transportation Club and Canadian Courier & Logistics Association.
